We purchased carpeting for our second floor about a year ago.  The carpet needed to be cleaned so I called your store for a recommendation of a carpet cleaner.  David Stines of One of a Kind was recommended.  It was a great recommendation!

David and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, rugs and sectional sofa.  We had orange soda stains, pizza stains and lots of waterproof mascara stains in our carpet and never thought they could look so new!   They did an amazing job cleaning everything.  They even cleaned up a booster pillow and some throw pillows that were on the sofa just because they were stained, even though we didn’t even ask about them!  

His group arrived on time, was extremely courteous and very professional.  In addition, there was no harsh chemical smell and we could walk on the surfaces soon after the service.

There were a few very tough stains that didn’t quite come out a couple days ago when they were here, so David took the initiative to call and ask if he could come back to try to clean them again with another solution.  We are very impressed that he was so motivated to be sure that his work was perfect and that we were completely satisfied.

He will definitely have our repeat business and we would be delighted to recommend his service to anyone!
